Our water was terrible when we first moved into our house 13 years ago.  Oliver's water came highly recommend by our neighbor and sure enough Rique, has made our water crystal clear.  Through the years we have found him to be exceptionally reasonable, able to trouble shoot really difficult water issues and I could not recommend him more highly.
